Do's

Brush your teeth twice daily using a soft bristle brush & fluoridate tooth paste.

Rinse your mouth clean especially post meals.

Use dental floss everyday to clean in between your teeth.

Eat a balanced diet including lots of fresh fruits & vegetable.

Replace your toothbrush every & months.

Visit your dentist regularly, at least twice a year for thorough dental checkups.

Don'ts

Avoid bad habits such as chewing tobacco or smoking.

Don't brush your teeth with extreme force or pressure to feel it cleaner.

Reduce intake of aerated colas coz its acid demineralised the tooth.

Don't open bottle caps with your teeth.

Don't avoid / ignore any symptoms of sensitivity in teeth immediately get it addressed from your dentist.

Visit your dentist regularly, at least twice a year for thorough dental checkups.
