Veneer
It is a thin shell of ceramic or composite, bonded on the tooth surface to improve the cosmetic appearances.
- They are ether bonded to the tooth surface artistically and skillfully by the dentist in the same dental appointment (Direct veneer) or fabricated by the lab technician (Indirect veneer)
- They are used to close the spaces between teeth,treat stained/discolored teeth and correct misaligned or chipped or crooked teeth. Thereby giving aesthetic and cosmetic smile to the patient.
